COVID19 Pandemic: Our Continuity of Service


The rapidly developing COVID-19 outbreak is an unprecedented situation for all our businesses. In line with government and WHO guidelines Ingenico is taking all necessary steps to ensure employee safety.

While the safety of our employees is our number one priority, it is also critical that we continue to deliver our service to you. I would like to give you reassurance on the measures that we are taking to ensure the continuity of our service.

  • Since the beginning of March we have banned all non-necessary travel and introduced social distancing measures on all our sites, including strict quarantine policies and monitoring of any flu-like symptoms
  • We have expanded our existing working from home policy to all employees and most of our staff are now working from home. We have provided them with the remote accesses and the tools they need to ensure that transaction processing is not affected.
  • Our customer care teams are organized to ensure continuity of our support services. As usual our Customer Care department is open for you between 08:30 and 18:00 CET, Monday to Friday for technical queries and 9:00 to 17:00 for Administrative queries. You can also reach us via our contact form
  • We are monitoring the situation daily and will continuously adapt our safety and operational continuity measures as required to ensure that we continue to serve you in the best possible way.
